httpWhile writing this page, BeTheNet looked at several other website designer packages to see how they compare.  One website designer claimed to have a “1 page site” for only $195.  Now, that doesn’t sound bad, however, in his description of the site it states you get a “Full Custom Navigation Menu.”  Now, why would this be important on a website that has only 1 page?  Where would you “navigate” too?  The fact is that the “Navigation Menu” is only there to make it “sound” like you are getting something extra when, in reality, you are not.

The truth is that 80% of the design of any website occurs with the completion of the first page.  At BeTheNet, we will not tell you something that isn’t true.  If you want a “1 page website” then talk to the other website designer.  He’ll even through in a “Custom Navigation Menu” at no additional cost.  If you want a custom website that contains only the elements you need and are not willing to pay for hype, contact BeTheNet.

  • Vertical or horizontal menu of your choice.
  • Up to 5 full web pages containing 1 photograph per page and up to 500 words of text (supplied by client or iStockPhoto.com/Fotolia.com at cost)
  • Background colors of your choice.
  • Additional pages after the first 5 are $50 each.

Extra Addons:

  • PayPal integration — $100 for first five (5) products and $10 for every product thereafter
  • Google Analytics Installation — $50
  • Wordpress Blog added to current design — $150
  • Additional photographs on page at $10 each
  • Add “Chat” facility to current design — $100
  • Add CMS to your design — $100
